Halpert has earned many awards and certifications, including the designations of Chairman’s Circle Award winner, Luxury Collection Agent, Certified Skilled Negotiator and Relocation Specialist.
Halpert, a real estate consultant with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties, serves sellers and buyers from all price points and life stages in and around her native Atlanta, often working with the same clients as they expand their families and transition to properties that suit their evolving needs. “I focus on building long-term relationships with not only my clients, but with vendors and co-op agents,” she explains, noting how almost 95% of her business is referral-based.
Recently, Halpert took her business to the next level by hiring Lindsey Smith as her director of operations to manage marketing and administrative responsibilities. “Lindsey affords me the opportunity to spend more time with my clients,” says Halpert. “I’m the visionary while she keeps everything moving.”
Outside of work, Halpert loves to spend time with her three children, Ellie, Ava and Ethan and her husband, Ben. As enthusiastic travelers, Halpert and her husband have instilled the love of globetrotting in their children, visiting everywhere from Europe to the Galapagos. The memories made as a family on these trips are what fuel Halpert every day at work.
