Chrissy Neumann is firmly entrenched in the Sandy Springs, Buckhead and Cobb County markets, where she has worked as an agent for more than 20 years. Her five children have grown up, attended school and competed in sports in the area their entire lives. “It is our community, and we love it,” Neumann says. As a result, she has become known for being able to connect buyers and sellers before a home hits the market, a key differentiator to which she attributes much of her success.
After earning a degree in advertising from the University of Georgia and landing a corporate role, Neumann quickly realized that she wanted to start her own business. Real estate offered the perfect avenue, and she was able to apply her ability to negotiate win-win deals to her real estate business. Today, Chrissy Neumann and her husband, David Neumann, work together with two assistants, which allows them to maximize time spent in the field with their clients while their team handles administrative tasks.
Clients appreciate Neumann’s deep knowledge of the area, and she appreciates the opportunity to help them achieve their real estate goals by paying close attention to their needs and leveraging relationships with her peers. “Being able to truly listen to your clients and understand what they really want and then creating that for them is unique in our business,” she says. And when it comes to agent relationships, she has a reputation for being easy to work with. “Other agents want to show my listings or accept my contracts because they know I am fair and levelheaded,” Neumann adds.
The youth organizations Young Life and YMCA Camp High Harbour are close to Neumann’s heart, so she devotes time to fundraising for both.
