Seven years ago, Ross Hester of The Hester Group at Harry Norman Realtors stopped by his father’s real estate firm to tell him he was ready to come aboard. Hester left logistics for real estate, a career that better suited his goals. At the time, his father, Matt, was running a team of three to five agents with a small support staff.
After a year of being on his father’s team, Hester knew they had the potential to soar even higher by moving to a brokerage. Between Harry Norman’s dedication to the Atlanta real estate market and his client-driven business model, the move made perfect sense. With father and son at the helm, it also proved to be extremely pivotal to the success of the team. The Hester Group at Harry Norman Realtors reached a high level of client service and satisfaction. For over 20 years, the team has served buyers and sellers, from first time to luxury, in metropolitan Atlanta. Its growth has not gone unnoticed. In 2020, they became a Zillow select partner. With 150 agents now, the team is set to hit record sales in 2023 of over 1,000 units and half a billion dollars in volume.
