Nichole Villafane, Real Estate Agent

HomeSmart Elite Group/HSI Commercial

DeKalb County native Nichole Villafane grew up taking scenic drives through Atlanta and its outskirts, piquing her interest in the area’s beautiful communities. Once enamored while at an open house as a child, she was destined to one day enter the real estate field. Upon finding herself on the brink of job transition after a lengthy corporate career, Villafane made the leap into real estate and has built a successful career over the past 13 years. “With real estate, I found my niche. I found something I love waking up to do and I love the challenges that come with it,” she says.

Serving clients throughout metro Atlanta, Villafane has expert knowledge in residential real estate and is presently expanding her footprint in the commercial sector. Known for her down-to-earth posture, she partners with her clients to set expectations, answer questions and provide resources to facilitate a smooth process from beginning to end. Clients appreciate her casual adaptability, as she shows up willing to walk through yards–wet or dry–with boots in her trunk ready for trekking through mud, if necessary. Speaking about her entirely referral-based clientele, she says, “They love my honesty and the tenacity I have for getting the job done.”

A proud recipient of the DeKalb Association of Realtors’ Pinnacle Award for the past two years in a row, Villafane–who describes herself as addicted to giving back–is also a member of or volunteer for multiple Realtor organizations. She serves as a grief support facilitator for Everytown for Gun Sense Laws in America and is also a trauma coach for ReNew–a Christian-based support group for women who have experienced significant traumatic adversities.

Growth minded, she currently has a business partner and a transaction coordinator. She looks forward to building a team of dynamic professionals to help scale her business and expand her ability to serve throughout the Atlanta metro area.
