Beth Luther, Associate Broker

Ansley Real Estate, Christie’s International Real Estate

Beth Luther’s background is uniquely suited for real estate sales. Originally a chemical engineer, she looks at each transaction through a project management lens. Her second career as a teacher’s assistant at a Montessori school gave her tremendous experience with teaching. It’s a skill she puts to use each time she educates clients about the transaction process, which is among her favorite aspects of the job. Luther, an associate broker at Ansley Real Estate|Christie’s International Real Estate, gives clients all the information they need to make a sound financial decision they won’t regret.

With 10 years of experience in the industry, Luther knows how to listen to clients’ needs, negotiate fiercely and guide clients through the process stress-free. An Atlanta Realtors Association top producer and lifetime member, she serves buyers, sellers and investors, from first-time to luxury, in Alpharetta, Cumming, East Cobb, Johns Creek, Kennesaw, Marietta, Milton,  Roswell, Smyrna and Woodstock. An expert on her territory, she has lived in East Cobb for 28 years and spent a lot of time in the surrounding areas. She knows firsthand what makes each suburb a great place to call home.

Professional, knowledgeable and truly calming during what can be a stressful process, Luther has a business style that’s “relationship-driven.” Every decision she makes is with the client’s best interests in mind. She works collaboratively with other agents to create a win-win situation for all parties involved.

She recently navigated a new-construction purchase with clients that entailed numerous delays in construction and numerous changes to selections previously made. But making it to closing with happy clients who were pleased with their beautiful home and wonderful increase in equity made it all worthwhile, she says.

When she’s not working, Luther enjoys hiking, travel, college football, live music, reading and spending time with friends and family.
