Housing starts in the Atlanta region rose 18 percent from 2013 to 2014, according to new analysis from MetroStudy; to a final total of 16,437 starts.

    Whats up with Cobb County? There are several new constructions in Powder Springs, GA, that is on-going. The above data are confusing!

      Thanks for your comment, Johnny! I think the important thing to keep in mind is that the above stats compare Q4 2014 construction with Q4 2013 construction, so in regards to Cobb County, the graph is simply showing that compared with 2013, constructions was down a bit in Cobb; of course, that does not mean that the overall level of construction is low, as you point out :).
