Allison Beldick is a Senior Mortgage Banker with Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group.  She invested 15 years of experience in the real estate industry including: residential sales, marketing, management, and business development.  These experiences created the foundation for a natural transition to the mortgage industry in 2012.

Allison is a strong advocate for homebuyers, making the process easy, keeping them informed, and always being accessible to respond to their questions. She works closely with each borrower to gain a firm understanding of their current and future needs. Her goal is to make this process feel less intimidating and even manageable. It is important for her homebuyers to have a great experience and feel they have her support throughout the entire lending process.

A creative problem-solver, Allison is tenacious when it comes to helping her clients realize their dreams of homeownership. Her nature is to be relentless until she discovers all possible solutions and possibilities.  Allison creates options that work rather than being deterred by what is not possible.

Allison graduated from The University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration and has her Master’s in Business with a concentration in Finance from Kennesaw State University.  She is married with two children.  Creating connections in the community is a priority to her family.  She is an active participant at her children’s school, her synagogue, and in the Greater Atlanta community. She wants to help people find their sense of belonging and fit in the right home, neighborhood, and community to meet their family’s needs.
