Where did you grow up? Born in California, raised in Florida last 10 years living/working UAE.

Growing up, what did you want to be? A lawyer

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? I’m an avid reader, so if I’m not spending time with my family or friends, I’m either reading to further my communication skills or in the gym.

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? If I could have lunch with one well-known figure it would be Donahue Peebles or Herman

J. Russell, both for their contributions to the black minority real estate industry.

Where is your favorite place to hang out? In Atlanta; Desta Ethiopian Kitchen or High Falls State Park.

What do you love most about the industry? Process of helping families and investors achieve their goals and dreams.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I personally distinguish myself from other agents by initially taking the time to actually listen and observe what is best for the client. And then striving to deliver that on a 10x basis.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? In the beginning, it was wearing multiple hats and working with some many different personalities. Now I thoroughly enjoy pretty much every aspect of the business.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients? My networking consists of a variety of ideas. My biggest win has been daily prospecting and being in constant contact with my personal sphere.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? Being able to travel and see 40+ countries before 35 years old.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? The last really good book I read was “Principles” by Ray Dalio.

What is your favorite restaurant? That’s a tough one because I really enjoy the versatility of restaurants here in Atlanta, but I’d say TWO Urban Licks on Ralph McGill Blvd.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Atlanta? The King & Queen Building but I’m anxious to see the new No. 2 Opus Place coming to midtown.

What kind of car do you drive? Land Rover and Harley Davidson

What is your favorite city after Atlanta? Los Angeles

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Be willing to learn and realize your primary job is a lead generator.

What’s your favorite real estate iPhone/Android app? My Google Maps app. Lol

Who are your favorite people to follow on Twitter? Atlanta resident and mogul Jay Morrison, Jason Oppenheim, and Ray Dalio.
