It was first reported in May that the 35,000-square-foot Buckhead mansion once owned by Atlanta writer, director and producer Tyler Perry had sold for $15 million.

But TMZ has reported that the buyer is none other than Atlanta comedian and Family Feud game show host Steve Harvey and his wife Marjorie.

Harvey was represented by Lisa Robinson of The Robinson Group, Engel & Völkers Atlanta.

While certainly its most famous resident, Perry isn’t the most recent owner. He sold the residence for $17.5 million to evangelist David Turner in 2016.
