With more than 14 years in the mortgage industry, Reece Cohen prides himself on delivering more than what is expected from his clients. He is passionate about providing peace of mind to borrowers throughout the home loan process and does so by focusing on clear communication and ensuring transparency every step of the way.

“I’m always transparent on how the process works, so that the borrower is comfortable. I want them to know where we are in the process so that there are no surprises.” From first-time home buyers to jumbo-loan clients, Reece has the knowledge and experience to help his clients find the right fit for them while delivering results on time and as promised. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions an individual or family can make, so he dedicates himself to working closely with each borrower to gain a clear understanding of their current and future needs.

As a producing branch manager with Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group in the Atlanta area, Reece consistently performs in the top 5 for production in the company. He is a current Diamond Award winner with the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia and has been Atlantic Bay’s Mortgage Banker of the Year for the Southern Region for two years running (2018 and 2019).

Family is a top priority for Reece. Outside of lending, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, son, and daughter. He is active in his community and volunteers at his children’s schools regularly. Reece graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing, and you can find him at most of his alma mater’s sporting events. Go Dawgs!
