McKinley Homes LLC has opened four model homes at the Seven88 West Midtown high-rise residential condominium for tours.

Units at the 22-story tower range from one to three bedrooms and are priced from $200,000 to more than $1 million, McKinley said in a release.

Tours are available by appointment and show four of 20 available floorplans, including a 1,009-square foot, one-bedroom unit priced from $485,950 to $523,900, a pair of two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom units at 1,472 and 1,536 square feet and priced from $629,400 to $758,400, and a three-bedroom, three-bath unit with 2,013 square feet priced from $926,400 to $1.02 million.

All 279 homes offer a choice of three interior finishes, hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows with skyline views.

Communal areas include an outdoor deck, a saltwater swimming pool and whirlpool spa, a fitness center and yoga studio, and other recreational facilities. The ground floor will offer 9,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space.
