According to a press release, the user can monitor information about their home and local market conditions, store important documents, generate estimates for home repairs and find a local contractor for more than 1,000 different home-service categories.
MooveGuru said the platform is available as a franchise opportunity to existing partners, including real estate brokerages, lenders, title companies and multiple-listing services. Nine states have been sold and 14 unit franchises are pending, according to the release.
“We are garnering a lot of interest from our broker and lender relationships,” MooveGuru founder and CEO Scott Oakley said. “Three of our first franchisees all own multiple businesses in the real estate space and are looking for another ancillary revenue stream.”
The platform will officially launch in mid-November.
