Marietta homebuilder Traton Homes has opened its new Kennesaw townhome community, Haven at Stanley, for sales.

The development will offer 80 two-story townhomes priced from the mid-$400,000s. Homebuyers will have three floor plans to choose from, all of which include three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and approximately 1,900 to 2,300 square feet of space. Two floor plans feature main-level owner’s suites.  

All of the new homes will include 10-foot ceilings on the main floor and options for lofts or media rooms, depending on the plan. The gourmet kitchens offer quartz or granite countertops, tiled backsplashes, Whirlpool stainless-steel appliances and 42-inch cabinetry. Buyers can make design selections at Traton’s design center. 

Community amenities including a swimming pool, clubhouse, dog park, firepit and greenspace. The homeowners association will handle lawn maintenance, trash and more.

The new community is situated on Stanley Road just north of Barrett Parkway, and provides easy access to numerous shopping and dining options. The community is also located near major Atlanta-area arteries, including I-75, I-575 and US-41, which provide convenient access to Kennesaw Mountain Park and the WellStar Kennestone Hospital District.
