Twenty-one multi-acre, lake-front parcels are available for purchase in the gated Frederica Estates vacation community on St. Simons Island.

The lots range in size from eight to 43 acres and begin in the mid $2 million range, according to Frederica’s sales company, IMI Worldwide Properties.

Purchasers of the properties are eligible for “multigenerational” membership in the 100-year-old Sea Island Club and “vertical family membership” in the Frederica Golf Club.

Available homesites include six Legacy Estates ranging from 27.28 to 42.56 acres; nine Grand Estates ranging from 14.84 to 31.29 acres and six Estates ranging from 8.43 to 11.82 acres, according to a press release. The lots offer the possibility of building up to three homes, with private amenities including boathouses, tennis courts, formal gardens, horse stables and private golf areas.

Frederica Estates encompasses more than 3,000 acres, 1,700 of which are residential. The golf club has a Tom Fazio championship golf course and practice facility, a 36,000-square-foot Spanish-style clubhouse, several restaurants, a boathouse, club cottages, pickleball courts and a pool, tennis and fitness center.

Community amenities include the four-acre Frederica Park, equestrian center and rookery and a deep-water dock on the Frederica River, which provides access to the Atlantic Ocean.

“Buyers are looking for ample space and privacy in a naturally beautiful environment,” IMI Worldwide Vice President of Sales Thomas Liepman said. “By offering fully customizable properties and multigenerational memberships to the esteemed Sea Island Club and Frederica Golf Club, Frederica Estates provides an unparalleled living experience that can be enjoyed for generations.”
