Acworth-based Artisan Built Communities launched Serenity, a 25-townhome community in Hapeville.

All homes are priced from the mid-$500,000s and have two-story, three-bedroom, open floor plans with options for home offices, media rooms and more.  The community features open greenspace, works from local artists and trails connecting its six buildings: five with four homes each and another with five homes.

“It’s a crazy world out there, and Serenity is the place homebuyers can escape to peaceful parks, winding trails and the comfort of homes designed to suit their lifestyle,” Artisan Built President Stephen Haines said. “Meanwhile, the artsy vibe of downtown Hapeville is just a few steps from the community. Work or play — it’s all right here.”

A virtual tour for Serenity’s townhome plans is in progress and will be released soon. Artisan Built has also launched a VIP list for those interested.
