Sales have begun at Park 108, a 1930s Southern Bell telephone-switchboard facility-turned-boutique condominium building in Decatur’s Oakhurst neighborhood.

Toll Brothers has priced the 33 units, which range from 504-square-foot studios to 1,344-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom residences, priced from $299,995 to $779,995, respectively. All units feature oversized windows and high ceilings. Some will include loft space.

So far, nine condos have been sold and 21 are available, including two quick move-ins. The remainder are still in development.

Park 108, which is located on the corner of Park Row and East Lake Road, was originally planned by Thrive Residential, an Atlanta-based urban-infill developer that Toll Brothers acquired in February 2020.

“A bridge between past and present, Park 108 takes inspiration from and preserves its history as home to the Southern Bell telephone switchboard by creating a divine connection between home and lifestyle,” promotional materials state.
