Engel & Völkers Atlanta recently won three awards from its parent company, Engel & Völkers, which has more than 10,000 agents in over 30 countries.

The local firm ranked second in the world for units closed in 2022, fourth for gross commission income, and CEO Christa Huffstickler received the company’s Visionary Award for her work in the Global Development Services Division.

Huffstickler has received the Visionary Award two years in a row. This year, she was recognized for her sales and marketing work on the new Downing Park development in Druid Hills. The project, which is going up on a historic estate, will offer a mix of residences, including 11 villas, two manor homes, six condos in an existing Tudor Revival mansion and a modernized home in a converted carriage house.

“Engel & Völkers Atlanta intentionally facilitates the premium, high-end real estate services the company is known for on an international level, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see our efforts reflected by these awards,” Huffstickler said in a press release. “With our recent expansion into the North Georgia region, Engel & Völkers Atlanta is already translating this momentum into continued success this year.”
