Atlanta-based multifamily developer Wood Partners opened its newest apartment community, the 269-unit Alta Ashley Park in Newnan.

The apartments come in one-, two- and three-bedroom units and full carriage homes. Interior features include stainless-steel Whirlpool appliances, granite countertops and subway tile backsplashes, full-size in-unit washer and dryer sets and wood-style flooring. 

Outdoor community amenities include a resort-style pool with tanning ledges, sundeck and pool pavilion, exterior lounge area with fire pit, outdoor activity lawn with outdoor games, pet spa, beer garden with TV and an outdoor grilling and dining area. Indoor community amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, co-working tech lounge with rentable day offices, game room and catering kitchen with reservable lounge area.
