ECI Group has launched pre-leasing at its new, 300-unit apartment community, The Corwyn Conyers, in Conyers.

The development, located at Courtesy Parkway and Old Covington Highway, is one of the first new multifamily communities to be developed in the Rockdale-Newton County submarket in 20 years, ECI Group said. Apartments will become available for move-in at the end of August. 

Units come in one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans and feature stainless-steel GE appliances, walk-in closets, private balconies and open-concept floor plans. Community amenities include a clubhouse, resort-style swimming pool and sun shelf, game/media room, health club/fitness center and community garden. Garages and storage units are available. 

Atlanta-based ECI Group is developing The Corwyn with The Griffin Fund as its joint-venture partner.
