Atlanta-based single-family rental landlord Quinn Residences has begun pre-leasing of homes in its newest community, McCart Landing in Conyers.  

All homes in this first phase of the project offer four bedrooms and 2.5 baths and range from 2,116 to 2,603 square feet. The second phase of homes is scheduled to be delivered next year. 

In-home amenities include stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, large closets and smart-home technology. Community amenities include a clubhouse, pavilion, pool and tennis courts. Lawn maintenance is included with rent. 

“Build-to-rent is part of the solution to the massive shortage of housing in this country,” Quinn CEO Richard Ross said. “As opposed to scattered single-family rentals, build-to-rent provides new reasonably priced housing inventory to families in need.”
