Fischer Homes promotes field manager to construction manager

by John Yellig

Fischer Homes promoted Chandler Pethan to the role of construction manager for its Atlanta division.

Pethan started with Fischer in 2020 and worked his way up from field manager III to field manager IV. Before that, he worked as lead builder at Atlanta’s SR Homes.

In his new role, Pethan will be responsible for planning and overseeing construction projects, with a focus on budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling.

“Chandler shows a great commitment toward the overall team’s success and has a calming demeanor, which will assist him in his new role,” said Fischer Homes Atlanta Division Manager Josh Brockman. “I look forward to his continued growth in the Atlanta division.”

Pethan holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Georgia College and State University, where he majored in management information systems. He lives in Cumming and enjoys fishing, hiking, golfing and going to Braves games in his free time.

“Chandler understands the vision and goals set forth by the division and successfully reaches our metric goals,” Brockman said. “His expertise and dedication perfectly align with his new position and the standards of Fischer Homes.”
