Charlotte-based Madison Communities has broken ground on Madison Canton, an apartment community that will bring 252 luxury units to Canton. 

Located at the intersection of Marietta Road and Jackie Moore Lane, the project is being developed by BenCo Construction, an affiliate of Madison Capital Group. The first units are expected to open in the second quarter of 2025. 

Community amenities include a clubhouse and fitness center with a cyber lounge and flexible workspaces. The development will also have a resort-style pool and deck with grilling stations, a dog park and pickleball courts. 

Unit interiors will include kitchens with granite countertops and backsplashes, walk-in closets, full-sized washers and dryers and private outdoor patios and balconies.
