Traton Homes promoted Finance Director Tim Warnement to the role of chief financial officer (CFO).
Before joining the Atlanta-based homebuilder in July 2022, Warnement worked as vice president of finance for Green Brick Partners and as CFO at Bold New York and Bold Partners. He has also held roles at PulteGroup and John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods.
“As Traton Homes looks to the future, Tim’s leadership and vision will be instrumental in enhancing the company’s financial position and supporting our mission to deliver exceptional value to homeowners and investors alike,” Traton Chief Operating Officer Chris Poston said in a press release.
“I’m excited to help enhance the team’s reporting capabilities and put in place tools other departments can use to operate more efficiently with our data,” Warnement added. “The chance to contribute to Traton Homes’ growth and progress as a high-quality homebuilder is invigorating.”
A Charlotte native, Warnement is a graduate of Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, where he majored in accounting and finance.
