Avery McMahon, recently the senior vice president and managing broker for Harry Norman, REALTORS, has joined COMPASS Greater Atlanta as head of corporate initiatives. 

As part of the brokerage’s sales management team, she will lead agents throughout the greater Atlanta area in their sales and marketing efforts.

McMahon has served as the chair of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association’s Young Professional Network and Broker Council Committee and vice-chair of its Training and Development Committee and Top Producers Committee. In 2020, the association recognized her with its Five-Star Circle of Excellence Award.

Before she received her real estate license in 2016, McMahon studied political science and international studies at Louisiana State University and worked in the nonprofit sector.
