Smoke Rise Agents recently moved from HomeSmart to the Side brokerage-as-a-service platform. The team includes 24 agents and seven support staff. 

Founded by Pat Soltys, Smoke Rise is located in Tucker and was the No. 1 team at its HomeSmart branch, typically closing over $100 million in transactions per year, according to a press release.  

Before joining HomeSmart, Soltys and her team were at a smaller boutique firm that was acquired by the brokerage. The move to the Side platform is a return to their roots, the team said. 

Separately, the 3tree independent brokerage in Athens also recently moved onto the Side platform. Founded by Cici Churchwell in 2010, the firm has seven agents and did about $30 million in volume in 2023.
