Licensed since 1985, Debra Bradley brings four decades of real estate expertise to her role as managing broker. After 25 years as a top-producing Realtor in the Atlanta suburbs, she entered management in 2010, taking the helm at Coldwell Banker’s Roswell office. In 2012, she was promoted to lead the Buckhead office, which became the first in Coldwell Banker’s Atlanta operating system to earn the distinction of Global Luxury Office. 

She has been repeatedly recognized as a member of Coldwell Banker’s President’s Council, is a past president and former Realtor of the Year for the 400 North Board of REALTORS® and served nine years on the Forsyth County Zoning Board of Appeals.

Outside of work, Bradley is a nine-year, stage 4, pancreatic cancer survivor who offers hope and support to patients and families around the world. She has been married to her husband, Gary Gross, for nine years.
