RangeWater and investment partner Kinea Investimentos recently broke ground on The Greene, a 300-apartment community in Lawrenceville.

The 21-acre project, which will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom units, marks RangeWater’s seventh development in Atlanta’s suburbs and its 28th in Georgia.

Completion of The Greene is expected in the first quarter of 2027.
