“Mike brings a strong track record of leadership and results,” said Traton Homes COO Chris Poston in a press release. “He’s known for his deep industry knowledge and steady, thoughtful approach, qualities that will serve us well as we continue to grow in metro Atlanta.”

“I am honored to join Traton Homes, a company with such a strong legacy and reputation for quality,” said Ruland. “I look forward to contributing to the company’s continued growth while building on its commitment to delivering outstanding homes and experiences for today’s homebuyers.”
