My Home Communities names Lee Danielly VP of land acquisitions

by John Yellig

My Home Communities appointed Lee Danielly as vice president of land acquisitions.

Danielly previously served as vice president of land acquisitions for Century Communities and director of land acquisitions for Stanley Martin Homes, Geordan Communities, The Knight Group and DR Horton.

In his new role, Danielly will lead land-sourcing and acquisition efforts as the Atlanta-based homebuilder expands into new markets, including Greenville, South Carolina, and Charlotte, North Carolina, with additional markets on the way.

“Lee’s proven track record and deep market knowledge make him an excellent addition to our leadership team,” My Home Communities President Jacob Prather said. “As we expand into new markets, his expertise will be critical to supporting our continued growth.”

Danielly graduated from Reinhardt University and studied international finance at Kennesaw State University.

“MHC is dedicated to providing value to its employees as well as its customers,” Danielly said. “We are in a unique position to improve lives, and we do not want to miss that opportunity. Our current market presents a rare opportunity for expansion, and we look forward to taking advantage of it.”
