A new townhome community has launched pre-sales in Brookhaven.
Harrison Homes and Milepost Development are accepting online inquiries and have launched marketing efforts for Valemont Brookhaven, an upcoming community of 43 townhomes in Drew Valley.
The developers will begin formally listing the residences over the coming days and are accepting reservations, which will precede full purchase contracts. The first release of for-sale units will include buildings 1 and 4 — the first two buildings scheduled for construction.
Altogether, there will be five buildings. Homes are available in six floor plans, and prices start in the $600,000s. Nicholas Brown, founder of &Brown Group with Compass, is leading sales and marketing.
