Toll Brothers has opened sales of two new collections of luxury townhomes at its new Overlook at Lenox Park community in Brookhaven.  

The Briarwood and Skyland collections offer homes ranging from 2,620 to 3,715 square feet and priced from the mid-$900,000s. The Briarwood comprises three-story townhomes with three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, two-car garages and covered decks, while the Skyland offers four-story townhomes with three to four bedrooms, four to 4.5 bathrooms, two-car garages, rooftop terraces, private elevators and lofts. 

Community amenities include a pool, cabana, pavilion and common spaces.
