The Hawkins, a luxury apartment building overlooking the Dekalb-Peachtree Airport in Chamblee, was 63% leased as of the project’s grand opening in late 2025.

A collaboration between IDES Development, New South Construction, Nelson Architects, Banko Design and Greystar Property Management, The Hawkins offers a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The development’s ground-floor retail area includes a grab-and-go market.
