Toll Brothers opened Ledgestone, the homebuilder’s first Gwinnett County development.

Located at 1641 Ledgestone Way in Lawrenceville, the neighborhood will feature two-story, single-family homes starting at $1 million.

Layouts range from 3,674 to 4,674 square feet with five bedrooms, four to 5.5 bathrooms and three-car garages. Buyers can select from options like flex rooms, prep kitchens and multigenerational suites.

Planned amenities for the site include a pool, clubhouse, cabanas, bocce ball courts, a playground and fire pit.
