Harry Norman, REALTORS® President and CEO Jenni Bonura and COO Luke Trigwell announced they are leaving the brokerage to pursue new professional opportunities.
A company representative said the timing of the exits was not related. Bonura has been with the company for almost nine years, and Trigwell for six. Bonura’s last day at the firm will be in March; Trigwell’s is Feb. 27.
General Manager Todd Emerson was named president. He has been with the company for 20 years, starting as an agent before rising to managing broker and now executive leader.
“Working alongside such talented agents, employees and leaders has brought me immense pride,” Bonura said. “Ultimately, the timing is right; I am confident that Harry Norman, REALTORS® is exceptionally well positioned for the future, with a strong leadership team, a powerful brand and the continued support of HomeServices of America.”
The moves follow the December announcement that Forbes Global Properties and Harry Norman entered an exclusive partnership under which Harry Norman will be the sole representative of Forbes in Georgia.
“Moments of transition create opportunities for growth and leadership,” Emerson said. “With our recent momentum — including our membership in Forbes Global Properties — and the strength of our people, I believe 2026 will be a breakthrough year for Harry Norman. This is not a moment of uncertainty; it is the beginning of an exciting new chapter in our now 96-year legacy.”
In addition to the changes at the top, Harry Norman announced that Cyndi Young was promoted to vice president of marketing, Jessie Dixon was promoted to senior manager of brand and luxury marketing, and Rita Ukattah was promoted to director of technology and operations.
