Toll Brothers has opened sales of units in the final building of its New Talley Station stacked condominium community in Decatur.
Prices start in the low $400,000s. Units range from 1,122 to 1,549 square feet and offer two bedrooms, two baths and one-car garages.
The national homebuilder began selling in the 13-building enclave in 2024.
Community amenities include grills, common spaces, a fire pit and outdoor theater. The enclave is near the Avondale MARTA station and East Decatur Greenway Trail and across the street from Talley Street Upper Elementary School.
