Trilogy Investment Company recently closed on REV3 at Hill Road, a 120-townhome build-to-rent development in Powder Springs.
The project represents Trilogy’s sixth Sunbelt BTR community in 2026. The developer’s REV3 Homes unit kicked off construction of another Atlanta-area community, REV3 at Avondale Springs, in September 2025.
Located at 4975 Hill Road, REV3 at Hill Road will feature 120 stacked townhomes with one-car garages, open-concept layouts and modern kitchens. Community amenities will include walking trails, open green space, a playground and pet-friendly areas.
“REV3 at Hill Road reflects how build-to-rent communities are adapting to evolving housing demand,” Trilogy CEO and Managing Partner Jason Joseph said. “As affordability pressures continue to challenge homeownership, building thoughtfully designed rental communities allows us to deliver high-quality housing more quickly while maintaining the character and amenities residents expect from a traditional neighborhood.”
Leasing is expected to begin this quarter, with the first homes scheduled for delivery in the fourth quarter.
