Aimee Reichman became a Realtor in 2024, but as the founder and CEO of local landlord Cumberland Rentals, she’s has been in real estate for over 20 years. 

Reichman, who also owns the short-term rental firm Second Chance Properties, brings a “builder’s eye” to every showing, helping clients understand the bones of a house so they can make informed decisions with confidence. As a longtime Roswell resident and active community member — from the High School Band Board to the Roswell Beer Festival — she doesn’t just know the neighborhoods; I know the heartbeat of the community.
