Epcon Communities is set to launch phase three of The Courtyards at Redbud Lane, its 55-plus community in Holly Springs, following the acquisition of a neighboring concrete-production facility.  

The industrial property will be demolished to make way for the new phase. Redbud is Epcon’s seventh community in the greater Atlanta area; an eighth development is in the works for East Cherokee County. 

Phase three will bring an additional 17 homes to the existing 78-residence community. Homes range from two to four bedrooms and span 1,520 to 4,056 square feet, with prices ranging from the low $500,000s to the upper $700,000s. 

Community amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pool, pickleball courts and dog park.
