As the founder of No Vacancy Home Staging, Bell and her team work with sellers and agents looking to sell property listings faster and for top dollar. “Home staging is more important than ever,” says Bell. “It’s the photos online that are making those first impressions count on listing sites and social media. Web appeal is the new curb appeal when it comes to capturing buyers’ emotions.”

Bell is an active member of RESA, and her company’s works have been published on ApartmentTherapy.com, on Redfin.com, on Trulia.com and in REALTOR® Magazine, as well as elsewhere. She also is a contributing  writer for the National Association of Realtors’ Styled, Staged & Sold blog.
