Wood Partners has started construction of The Beverly by Alta, a 291-apartment community in Buckhead.

Wood framing of the luxury development is underway, and the community is set to open in early 2024, with pre-leasing scheduled for the end of 2023. The Beverly is located at 3314 Piedmont Road, near Buckhead Village, Lenox Square Mall and Phipps Plaza. 

Apartments will come in studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts with “light-filled, open floorplans, warm tones and sleek features,” Wood Partners said in a press release. Each unit will have stainless-steel Whirlpool appliances, quartz countertops, full size washer and dryer sets, balconies and wood-style flooring in the main living spaces. 

Outdoor community amenities will include a resort-style pool with cabanas and lounge chairs, outdoor pavilions, a yoga deck, coworking space, grilling stations and fire pits. Indoor amenities include a library, poker room, golf simulator, 24-hour fitness center and yoga studio, rentable private day offices and a TV lounge.
