Three Atlanta-area real estate professionals were included on the Swanepoel Power 200, an annual ranking of the most powerful and influential leaders and executives.
Coming in the highest among the local group was First MLS CEO Jeremy Crawford, who ranked No. 48. The SP200 list, which is compiled by residential real estate management consulting and research firm T2 Sixty, noted Crawford is a proponent of MLS collaboration and helped ink partnerships with the Miami Association of REALTORS®, MLS Listings and Heartland MLS in 2024.
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties President and CEO DeAnn Golden ranked No. 134. A second-generation broker with over 25 years of industry experience, Golden has led BHHS Georgia Properties since 2022. She joined the company in 2004 and, prior to becoming CEO, served as Georgia Services’ regional manager.
Mark Spain Real Estate Founder and CEO Mark Spain ranked No. 152. Spain founded the Alpharetta-based firm in 2016. Since then, the brokerage has opened offices throughout the Southeast has joined the ranks of the top 100 brokerages in the United States.
