StorageCafe ranked the 50 largest cities in the U.S. by median home and lot sizes, and Atlanta came out second, behind Raleigh, N.C. 

Year over year, housing inventory turned negative for the first time in 13 months in June, the real estate data provider said. 

The median existing-home price for all housing types in June rose to $410,200, 0.9% less than the all-time high of $413,800 reached in June 2022, the National Association of REALTORS® said. 

Atlanta ranked No. 25 among the 150 largest U.S. cities for educational attainment and quality of education.

Wallethub evaluated 182 U.S. cities based on professional opportunities and quality of life, and Atlanta came out on top.
