Atlanta will be the No. 1 housing market for Millennial homebuyers in 2016, according to a new analysis by realtor.com.

Citing the ATL’s great music scene, vibrant nightlife, strong economy and affordable housing stock, realtor.com also drew attention to a recent MarketWatch report, which rated Atlanta the best city for new college graduates; nearly 14 percent of Atlanta’s population are Millennials.
