Hailing from Northern Ireland and North Carolina, respectively, Jessica Houghton and Jessica Peltier share a passion for Atlanta and all the city has to offer. Combining forces to form The Jessicas at Compass, Houghton and Peltier specialize in the Intown market, serving sellers, buyers and investors from Buckhead to the BeltLine and beyond. “A lot of our clients look to us for guidance on different parts of town that best suit their needs and lifestyle,” they explain.
Formerly a registered nurse in the U.K., Houghton also previously worked for a residential property developer while earning her degree at Queen’s University Belfast. “When I moved to Atlanta, I decided to revisit my real estate career and got my license,” she says. Since then, she has earned a place among Realtor Magazine’s 30 Under 30 Class of 2018 and, along with Peltier, a former staff trainer for a medical consulting firm, has been named a life member of the Atlanta Realtors Association’s Million Dollar Club. The pair also ranks among the top 5 percent of Atlanta Realtors Association members.
With over $70 million in closed sales, Houghton and Peltier continue to expand their business by building lasting relationships with clients and industry peers. “It has been our experience that people work well with someone they like and trust,” they say, adding that clients appreciate their responsiveness and professionalism as well as their unwavering tenacity.
This year, Houghton became a mom, welcoming a baby boy in February, all the while working side by side with Peltier to grow the duo’s reach.
Houghton is the co-founder and current president of Irish Network Atlanta, and for over 10 years, Peltier has served as the captain of her Atlanta Lawn Tennis Association team.
Outside of work, they enjoy trying new restaurants, exploring the city and working out at spin classes.
