Winter Baserva, Associate Broker

Solid Source Realty, Inc.

As the No. 1 agent at Solid Source Realty Inc. for nearly a decade, Winter Baserva specializes in selling both luxury homes and challenging homes that other agents have failed to sell. Baserva built her residential real estate business during the 2008 economic crash, working with investors in some of the hardest-hit areas at low price points. “Because I specialize in luxury now, people think I’ve always been there,” she says. “But I earned my way here, working this business from the ground up.”

Baserva works inside the perimeter and in the markets of Roswell, Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, Milton and Cumming, where clients say she fights for their best interests, is brutally honest and will first change her marketing approach before lowering a home price. “There are marketing agents, and there are listing agents,” said Baserva. “I am a marketing agent.” In return, her clients do the advertising for her by referring their friends and family. Baserva’s marketing skills are known to generate in excess of 10 offers per home, but she says her biggest sales accomplishment this past year was selling a home that was nearing foreclosure and was owned by a man who had been disabled in an auto accident and was delinquent in his mortgage payments. She stepped in to quickly sell his house, which allowed him to preserve the equity and use it to pay medical bills. “This business is about helping people and not about money,” says Baserva.

A Certified Red Book Contracts Specialist and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Baserva is the only agent in Atlanta to have been featured several times on HGTV’s “House Hunters,” and she has also been interviewed on CNN and Business RadioX. Time magazine, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the Chicago Tribune and other publications have noted her achievements in her previous careers in marketing and public relations. Baserva enjoys adventurous travels, sponsors a child in Uganda whose education she helped provide, and supports Andee’s Army Brain and Spinal Cord Foundation.
