Since launching his real estate career in 2014, Justin T. Candelaria has worked directly with his clients to help them find the perfect home for making memories. Candelaria, a former Army captain and a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties, enjoys the opportunity to assist buyers, sellers and investors in Metro Atlanta, especially fellow veterans, through the home buying and selling process.

In addition to his time serving in the Army, Candelaria also acted as tournament operations assistant for three different PGA tour events, including two tournaments run by the Tiger Woods Foundation. Here, he honed the ins and outs of hospitality and customer service, which helped strengthen his ability to serve his future clients.

“I’ve always wanted to be involved in and associated with industries, organizations and companies revolving around giving, improving and helping others. Real estate allows me to do this by directly impacting people’s lives from both a personal and financial standpoint,” he says.

With a loyal client base, Candelaria has the privilege of working with repeat customers eager to partner with him on their second, third or even fourth transaction. “Being a part of clients’ life journey and helping them meet their housing needs as their lives change is very special to me.”

Citing his improved internal systems and strategies as fundamental to his success, Candelaria is also quick to thank the brokers and educators who have taught him along the way. “While doing real estate from 2015 to 2017, I attended night school to earn my MBA to enhance my knowledge and expertise,” he says, adding that he also took classes in marketing, social media and negotiation to bring added value to his clients.

Candelaria is a Lifetime member of the Atlanta Realtors Top Producers and a top-producing agent among his office and company as a whole.

This year, Candelaria married his best friend and, with his new wife, adopted a second dog and bought their first house.
