No Vacancy Home Staging
In 2019, Krisztina Bell, one of Metro Atlanta’s real estate marketing experts, was recognized by the Real Estate Staging Association as one of its Top 75 Most Influential People in Real Estate Staging. As the founder of No Vacancy Home Staging, Bell and her team work with homeowners and agents looking to sell property listings faster and for top dollar. “Web appeal is the new curb appeal,” Bell says. “It’s about making those first impressions count online. These days, home staging is a necessary marketing tool to create quality photos that attract buyers to go view a home in person.”
Bell is an active member of the Home Staging & ReDesign Association and on the board of the Real Estate Staging Association. Her company’s work has been featured by Trulia, Redfin, Realtor Magazine, LendingTree and Thumbtack, among others. “More sellers are searching for our services online and finding home staging is the ideal way to showcase a home’s best features,” says Bell.
This year, Bell’s company is celebrating 15 years in business. She plans to keep teaching her popular continuing education course on home staging, which is sponsored by Sherwin-Williams, around Atlanta. To change things up, Bell will be inviting agents and current clients to a networking mixer after class with speakers and giveaways. “Agents enjoy my class and find it refreshing to personally meet a knowledgeable vendor that they can build a relationship and trust level with,” says Bell.
Bell’s plans for the future include adding features to the company’s website, including before and after slides, more staging tips, and a new page for agents to sign up for her CE classes and upcoming workshops. “I’m ready for another 15 years,” Bell says. “My goal will always be to make the home staging process simpler for our clients!”
