A Realtor with Solid Source Realty Inc., Rosen works with both buyers and sellers in the North Atlanta market. “I have helped people buy and sell homes ranging from $125,000 all the way to $1.1 million, but my process is the same no matter the price point,” she says, adding that even with her budget flexibility, she was the No. 2 individual agent in the entire company by sales volume in 2018 and has been among the top 5 percent of all Atlanta Realtors for the past two years.
Six years ago, after more than a decade as a leader in telecommunications, Rosen earned her license, joining her husband, a real estate appraiser, in the industry. “My background in business has equipped me with the professionalism, organizational skills and sense of urgency that are critical to managing the buying and selling process,” she says. “I don’t have a team so I handle all parts of a transaction from start to finish.”
Placing a priority on education and technological innovation, Rosen is an early adopter of creative marketing strategies such as 3D and narrated home tours as well as heavy social media promotion. She also attends seminars throughout the year, including a recent training to earn her Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation. “I truly care about each one of my clients and take my job of helping them achieve their real estate goals seriously,” she says. Within three years of starting her real estate career, Rosen placed among the top 15 Solid Source agents (out of more than 1,700 agents). She is a member of the Atlanta Realtors Association and a volunteer for Treat the Troops.
She and her husband are avid mountain bikers and loyal attendeess of their son’s sporting events.
