With nearly a decade of experience in real estate, Jacqueline Martin provides her clients with the insights and acumen of a consummate industry professional. Martin, a Realtor with PalmerHouse Properties and Associates, serves buyers, sellers and investors, including military families and relocation clients in South Fulton and the surrounding areas.
A retired postal clerk, Martin spent 10 years as a loan officer and processor with First Consumer Mortgage and Home Savings of America, providing her with a multifaceted understanding of the homebuying process and the ability to guide her clients through financing the transaction. “Being a Realtor gives me the chance to spend more time with my clients face-to-face and to develop a real rapport,” Martin says of her decision to change careers, adding that she is now licensed in three states.
Instantly striving for personal and professional growth, Martin surrounds herself with industry influencers through networking and attending training programs, acquiring the skills needed to expand her client base to include luxury buyers and sellers. “I’ve learned from some of the greatest people in real estate,” she says. “They’ve helped me overcome challenges and stay informed about the latest technological trends.”
In 2013, Martin was ranked No. 8 on the PalmerHouse Properties Leaders Bulletin for Buy/Sell Referrals. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and Montgomery Area Association of Realtors.
In her spare time, Martin has volunteered with the Midwest Food Bank. Outside of work, her hobbies include dancing, going to outdoor concerts, and playing board games with friends and family. She enjoys being a Realtor to help her clients reach that ultimate goal of becoming a homeowner.
