Known for her steadfast determination and her industry expertise, Linde Moore is as revered for her resolve as she is for her empathy and positivity. As the CEO and principal of The Linde Group and a member of Live Luxury of Keller Williams Realty First Atlanta, Moore heads a team of six and serves residential buyers and sellers, specifically those in the luxury and new construction markets.
This year, Moore and her team were tasked with selling multiple market-ready homes in a luxury neighborhood, all of which had been on the market for more than a year. “Our strategic repositioning and marketing plan resulted in all standing inventory being sold within 90 days of implementation,” she says, adding that her track record was what first attracted the company to approach The Linde Group.
Moore joined the real estate industry six years ago and has since earned Jezebel magazine’s Best of Atlanta “Best Realtor” award, and along with her team, ranked as a Keller Williams First Atlanta Top 3 Luxury GCI Group, Top 10 Group in Closed Units, and Top 10 Group in GCI. In 2018, the team’s sales volume grew by 47.6 percent.
Moore is a Certified Negotiation Expert, a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, and a member of Atlanta Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors and Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council.
Due to her recent breast cancer diagnosis, Moore has made educating the community and spreading awareness about the disease a personal priority. She is a member of the Atlanta Track Club and has completed four half-marathons and will complete the Atlanta Track Club’s esteemed “Triple Peach” this year.
“I don’t get hung up on the word ‘no,’” she says of her strategy for professional and personal success.
